Refract is a half-day experience in central Kelowna designed to provide just that. This day is about slowing down, breathing, and creating. We are combining 9D Breathwork with something truly beautiful, getting creative together and making stunning handmade prisms rooted in the energy of the chakras. The chakras are the seven energy centres of the body, each one connected to a different colour of the spectrum. From the deep red of the root all the way up to the violet of the crown. A prism does the same thing with light: it takes something invisible and breaks it into every colour of the rainbow. When you hold your finished sun catcher up to the light, you are holding both of those things at once

Sacred Harvest is a full day retreat created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gather the wisdom, resilience, and truth that this season has grown in you.
Held on the sacred lands of Creighton Valley, this intentionally small experience brings together ceremony, breathwork, nature, creativity, nourishment, and connection.
We will begin by grounding together with cacao, reflection, and sacred circle before moving into an immersive 9D Breathwork journey led by Kelly.
From there, Jody will guide gentle embodied practices, seasonal ritual, creative reflection, and a sacred harvest ceremony designed to help you recognize what you are ready to carry forward and what you are ready to release.
There will be time to be in nature, share a nourishing lunch and snacks, connect with others, integrate what has surfaced, and simply breathe.
